All About My Service Depot and Smart Service™
My Service Depot was founded 18 years ago by owner and President, Skip Stringfield. The company was built on his passion for creating and building software solutions for the service industry. It all began over 20 years ago while Skip was working for a lawn care company and developed two software applications to assist in company operations. Those projects lead to Skip forming his own software company that would create innovative software solutions that are affordable and easy to use.
Years later My Service Depot has created market leading software for routing, scheduling, CRM, and mobile applications all directed at the field service industry. We take great pride in servicing thousands of customers across the United States and Canada that use our software products every single day. Skip has spent a long career building a team to provide outstanding support and service to our customers.

We provide a unique one-on-one training experience for every new client that purchases Smart Service™. My Service Depot has a full time staff of trainers who provide each new customer with two, two-hour training classes directed at helping your business setup your job process within Smart Service™. My Service Depot has built an outstanding help desk to ensure that when you need us we are available to help. Our experienced technicians are trained to answer your questions regarding all aspects of Smart Service™ quickly and efficiently. The help desk is available from 8:30am to 5:30pm eastern standard time.
Our goal is to answer 100% of all calls that come into the help desk live. If you enter our voice mail system we strive to call all of our clients back within 15 minutes. In a time when most companies are pushing clients into long phone queues, Internet chats, and e-mail queues, My Service Depot is looking for ways to provide more personal one-on-one help to our customers.
