Hardware and Software Requirements

In order for the fleet module to work you will need to have Air cards in the laptops or tablet PC’s. You will connect to the server via a Terminal Server connection which requires licenses from Microsoft and a Windows 2003 Standard or better server.

Smart Service™ Mobile Requirements:

  • Carrier must be Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, or Southlinc
  • Cell Phone must support GPS
  • Cell Phone must support proper software applications
  • You will need an unlimited data plan
  • You must contact your carrier to ensure you have the correct data plan and device

If an employee calls off sick, Smart Service™ makes it easy to redirect jobs among other employees. You also have the flexibility of planning jobs a year in advance, and there's a waiting list feature that fits customers into available job openings.

QuickBooks® Integration

Adding customer data, as well as job and location data, to Smart Service™ will automatically integrate into QuickBooks®. Likewise, adding data to QuickBooks® will appear in Smart Service™ for ease of use and improved business management. Commission Tracking

The sometimes tedious and time-consuming task of tracking commissions is made easy with Smart Service™. With a few key strokes, you can calculate, monitor and record commissions for your full-time employees, as well as subcontractors.

This comprehensive change tracking function allows you to monitor the work and progress of new hires, as well as tenured employees, working with your Smart Service™ software. Smart Service™ easily and flawlessly tracks changes made to data so it can be reviewed later, if necessary.
