Custom Estimates and Work Orders

Among the greatest strengths of Smart Service™ is its ability to print custom forms. All you need to do is fax a copy of the work order you would like us to create and our design and build team will go to work. We can take any field that is in Smart Service™ and place it on your customized estimate or work order.

A typical work order takes just a few days to complete.  And because we partner with Boyd’s Imaging Products, you enjoy a savings on carbonless paper. As a result, you will be able to print your custom work orders or estimates directly from your printer on 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-part carbonless paper for pennies a page.

Here are work orders we have created for our clients:

1. Initial design supplied by fax or e-mail, and a mock up prepared by us.
2. A meeting will be held to discuss the design or changes to the form.
3. A first proof is provided to the customer.
4. Discussion regarding any design flaws or minor changes to appearance.
5. A final proof is provided to the customer.
6. Any issues related to functionality will be addressed at no charge.
7. Any changes desired after final proof to the form or critiqued functionality will be charged at the normal hourly rate.
8. Any form that requires major programming time (more than three hours) will be charged at the normal hourly rate until completion.
