Service Depot Training FacilityThe training and implementation process for Smart Service™ is the most important piece of the puzzle. That's why we call our training process "Success Training". From the moment that you purchase Smart Service™, we have process in place that gets you fully trained so you can begin using Smart Service™ with confidence. First, we guide you through the installation process. Then we train you and your staff one-on-one with your real customers. By training you with real customers, you will be able to focus on how to fit your current business processes into Smart Service™ rather than how to relate your business to an unknown database. Below is the process map that we call "Success Training".

Training Rules

  1. The customer must complete all of the requirements outlined in the new user guide which will be received with your software package.

  2. The training is 90 minutes. This is what is included in the initial Smart Service package. More training is available and can be priced by your Smart Service representative.

  3. The training is held one time. Therefore, anyone that needs to be trained on Smart Service should plan to attend the training class.

Process Map

Phase I - Installation

We walk you through installing Smart Service™ on each of your workstations including your server if your company has one. We also take a look at how you are using QuickBooks® and give you insight as to how you can get more out of QuickBooks® and ways to automate your current accounting processes.


Phase II - Real World Training

We will train you and your staff one-on-one with your real customers. We ask all the right questions and make sure that we are training you on the most effective way to use Smart Service™ within the way your current business processes work.


Phase III - Quality Assurance

We will learn how your training experience went. We make absolutely sure that we haven't left any issue on the table. If need be, we provide you with follow-up dates so that we keep progress moving in a forward direction
